How about accommodation?

After a long day with a lot of activities, we know a comfortable place to rest overnight is a special concern. A relaxed and enjoyable accommodation is not only to state the quality of the tour but also to get the energy back for the possibly hard days after.

However, the Trekking and Motorbike tours of Zonitrip are almost at remote regions where accommodations are not like other big towns, so we’ll stay mostly at the standard hotels or home-stay. But don’t’ worry, they’re surely safe and the equipment is comfortable enough for you:

Home-stay:

Mostly 90% of Zonitrip’s customers are pleased with staying at homestays.

All the families we choose to stay have special permits and are certificated from the local government. Most of the homestays are nice wood and clean houses on stilts, are owned by warm hosts, who are local knowing well area. Below is the equipment you can expect to have at the homestay: private mats, blankets, mosquito nets, fans, clean toilets, hot water.

How's about the food?

We would like to say the food on tours is one of the most important reasons to make our clients come back for more.
We serve almost local Vietnamese food on the tour. Generally, Vietnamese food is light but it’s surely not boring and so healthy. We can be sure all food is fresh with a lot of vegetables, especially for vegetarians.
We sometimes choose a basic roadside restaurant for meals or eating at the homestay but the food is always fresh, tasty and plenty to choose.
Such as famous PHO (rice noodle soup), BUN CHA (special noodle with grilled pork), NEM (Spring rolls)…The local people have different methods to cook so we can be sure you can have different food for each meal during the long adventure tours in Vietnam.

What is cancellation policy?

  • Once you have paid 30% non-refundable deposit your trip is confirmed.
  • Any cancellation of a booking must be in writing and shall only be effective upon its acknowledged receipt by ZONITRIP

Trip to Mu Cang Chai Could Not Have Been Better
Nghia was a wonderful tour guide who spoke great English and had a great deal of knowledge of the geography, culture, and networks within Yen Bai Provence. I really enjoyed having Nghia as a guide because she was so willing to share information about the Veitnamese countryside but she also gave me my personal space.

Nghia is also a very skilled and experience motorcycle driver, and I recommend riding on the back of her bike unless you are a skilled cyclist. Another aspect of the trip I loved was how much Nghia was willing to let me personalize the experience. It seems like she really gets to know each of her customers and designs a trip in the moment to fit their personalities. A little bit like “Jiro Dreams of Sushi” 😉

Anyway, the beauty of the places you’ll go are unparalleled (Mu Cang Chai), and the service within this tour is also second to none. I recommend it to anyone with a love for travel, adventure, and passion for photography.

10 days private photography motorbike tour – Mu Cang Chai to Ban Gioc
I had absolutely wonderful photography and motorbike Mu Cang Chai tour to Ban Gioc waterfall with Zonitrip in October this year! You will be extremely lucky to have a guide like Nghia, her professionalism, flexibility, patience and dedication to my needs were beyond my expectations. This was my second tour with Zonitrip and will definitely my preferred tour operator when I plan for my next trip to Sapa and Hoang Su Phi. Highly recommended!!!

Motorbike Mu Cang Chai Tour 3D2N – One of the most amazing tours of my life, with the best tour guide ever !
I took a 3D2N Motorbike tour around Mu Cang Chai area with Zonitrip and it was the best tour I have ever done! I have taken tours in all continents but this tour was the best, it is unique! Not only for the beautiful places I visited or friendly people I meet but also for the tour guide, Nghia. She is one of the friendliest and energetic persons I have ever met. She is from Yen Bai, with very good English skills, and thanks to her local knowledge I could visit one a beautiful places: the rice terrace in Mu Cang Chai.
The tour was a motorbike tour so let’s comment about her driving skills: she is a very good driver! I was not 100% confident driving a motorbike in Vietnam so she drove me. The tour started in Hanoi where she picked me up from the hotel and then we took a bus to Yen Bai where we would start the tour with motorbike. If I knew that it’s not so difficult to go to Yen Bai from Hanoi by public transport (bus or train) I would have met Nghia in Yen Bai. We stayed overnight with friendly families and we tried excellent food. In all the places we had lunch the food was so tasted! You will try local food that you cannot have anywhere else. The 3 hours trekking we did around Mu Cang Chai area (La Pa Tan…) was just perfect: beautiful views and meeting friendly people. We even play football with some local kids and we helped harvesting 🙂 !

Nghia was always helpful and looking after her customers! Without Nghia’s local knowledge of the area I wouldn’t have been able to visit the places by myself. Her knowledge about the culture in the area will let you understand how people live there, the different ethnics and everything about the region. Places where you hardly meet other tourist but friendly local people. If you like photography, Nghia knows the best spots to capture the beauty of area. Although there is a program to follow in the tour, Nghia was more than happy changing the program according to my personal interests. She even woke up to see the sunrise with me!. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and we didn’t see the sunrise but she acted as a model closed to a river for a nice photo !

Although all my comments below might give an idea of what you might expect, you need to take a tour with Zonitrip to really experience it. The best tour, with the best tour guide ever in one of the most beautiful places in the world !

Thanks Nghia, you started as a tour guide and finished as a friend. It was like travelling with a friend!

Great Customer Service, One of A Kind Trip”

I had a spontaneous motorbike trip in Northwest Vietnam with the customized Mu Cang Chai Tour of 3D/2N from Zonitrip. It was one of the best trips I had taken. The landscapes, the people, and the culture of the Northwest side of Vietnam, specifically Yen Bai province, I had experienced fully with the help of Zonitrip and Ms. Nghia.

Despite my short notice, she did extremely well in organizing this trip and making it possible. The price is very reasonable and worth every cent. Although their guide and services started this year only, Ms. Nghia is very knowledgeable and capable of organizing and planning trips as well as the history and traditions of the people and places in Yen Bai.

However, since it was a motorbike adventure trip, you have to prepare for long rides on a motorbike so better to bring along some muscle creams or patches to ease sore muscles. Carry light as much as possible but be sure to bring along windbreakers, face masks, glasses/sunglasses, gloves (optional).

As they say, there’s no better way to experience Northern Vietnam than riding a motorbike and that is absolutely true. Thank you Zonitrip and Ms. Nghia for making my experience in Northwest Vietnam a very memorable one.

“Incredible impromptu road trip!”
I contacted Ms. Nghia last minute when I was in Sapa cause the weather was not in my favor and I wanted to get out of there. Had a Sapa – Mu Cang Chai – Hanoi route in mind, to travel by motorbike. I enquired with other tours and the price they quoted was quite high. Ms. Nghia came up with an itinerary for us, along with the reasonable price, inclusive of bike rental, accommodation, food & bike arrangement to be transported back to Sapa.

I had an incredible time riding through the mountainous road with sharp bends and ever-changing horizon which forever left me in awe, especially the abundance of rice fields and terraces from Sapa – Mu Cang Chai. Not to forget the unpredictable weather. It was an amazing 3 days, of new sights and experiences! Staying in homestays & Definitely one that I wouldn’t forget!

Thank you Ms. Nghia, for making it possible and for the efficiency, taking good care of me and my friend throughout the 3 days! 🙂
